Changes in life happen all the time in multiple forms, which may bring a host of challenges and emotional discomfort.

The therapy I offer aims at developing your insight, awareness, emotional regulation and coping strategies around some of life's difficulties, including:

Your confidentiality and safety are my first priority to you. Parking is in a secured area and the therapy space is private.

Where we have discussed and agreed to face to face consultations, Covid-19 precautions will apply. This includes, but is not limited to, room and hand sanitisation on entry and exit, appropriate social distancing and the use of personal protective equipment.

I also offer online therapy using 'Zoom' - a secure video communication app. This process requires you to have the following:

a device (phone, tablet, laptop or computer)

a stable internet connection
-
free zoom app downloaded onto the device/s you will use

a comfortable and private space of your choosing
Medical aid rates apply and invoices are billed at the end of each month. No cash is carried on the premises.
